Our pilot plan

Delivery is planned to be included in pilot pricing within the confirmed service area. The initial estimate is 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. We plan to use hand delivery.

Outside the opening area? Join the delivery-area waitlist and choose how we may contact you if we reach your locality. This does not reserve an item or promise a delivery date.

A considerate handover

We plan to contact you before arrival. Deliveries normally finish by 8:00 PM Sri Lanka time; traffic may cause delays. If we cannot complete a delivery, we will contact you to arrange the next available day.

Your address and instructions

Provide your delivery address and primary phone number securely when ordering opens. You may add apartment access instructions, a secondary contact and a map link. Delivery to building security requires your explicit instructions; it is not assumed. Ask your authorized recipient to inspect the parcel on your behalf.

Care before dispatch

Incoming goods will be inspected and damaged items kept out of the launch collection. The planned presentation includes clean original product packaging, a fabric bag where suitable and a thank-you note.

Honest updates

Your private order page shows only statuses recorded by the store: order received, preparing, dispatched and delivered. GPS tracking and delivery photographs are future features.

Our delivery base is in the Rajagiriya area. It is not a public collection point.
